Flax Seed Oil, also known as Linseed Oil, is a rich natural source of polyunsaturates and essential fatty acids, including Omega 3 acids. Flax Seed can be used both internally and externally for its wide ranging beneficial properties to the skin and digestive system.
Flaxseed Oil (Linseed Oil), Capsule Shell [gelling agent (modified starch, veg. glycerine, carrageenan), acidity regulator (di-sodium phosphate)], Bulking Agent (medium chain triglycerides), Emulsifier (lecithin)
Adults and children over 6 years of age, one to two capsules daily.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
For external use: pierce capsule and apply contents onto the skin, massaging gently until absorbed.
Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
