It contains 2 active ingredients to treat nasal congestion, runny nose, sinus pressure and sneezing simultaneously in adults over 18 years:
Xylometazoline hydrochloride: this has a decongestant effect and works by reducing the diameter of blood vessels in the nose to reduce nasal mucosal swelling.
Ipratropium bromide: this reduces nasal mucus secretion to help relieve a runny nose.
